Dream Theater

Dream Theater is one of the most popular and influential bands on the Progressive Metal scene, combining influences from classic progressive rock (YES, Genesis, Rush, King Crimson) with elements from heavy metal (Iron Maiden, Metallica, Pantera).

Steve Hogarth

Steve Hogarth is the amazing vocalist of British Rock band Marillion and this website focuses on his solo career. So far Steve has released one solo studio album called "Ice Cream Genius", a live album called "Live Spirit : Live Body" and a live DVD called "h Natural".

The Flower Kings

The Flower Kings are a Swedish Progressive Rock band. Their music can be compared to early YES and Genesis, often with strong Jazz Fusion influences. Lyrically, the band almost always focuses on positive topics such as love, peace and spirituality.

Neal Morse

Neal Morse is a talented and highly respected multi-instrumentalist and Progressive Rock composer based in Nashville, Tennessee. In 1995 Neal started Spock's Beard, which soon became one of the more successful Progressive Rock bands of the late nineties. He was also part of a supergroup called Transatlantic (see below).


Transatlantic was a Progressive Rock Supergroup formed in 1999 and consisted of vocalist/keyboardist Neal Morse, drummer Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater), guitarist/vocalist Roine Stolt (The Flower Kings) and bassist Pete Trewavas (Marillion).
